General

The content of this website is published by Invyas Wealth for information purposes only. It is general in nature, does not consider the objectives, financial situation or needs of any particular person, and must not be construed as investment advice, a research report, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or investment product.

Market and investment risk

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. The value of investments and any income from them may fall as well as rise, and investors may not recover the amount originally invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation is made, and no assurance or guarantee is given, that the objectives of any investment product, scheme or strategy will be achieved.

Mutual funds

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Mutual fund schemes do not guarantee or assure any returns, and net asset values may fluctuate with market conditions. Invyas Wealth acts as a distributor of mutual fund products and does not manufacture them; schemes are managed by their respective asset management companies. Where we act as a distributor, we are compensated by way of commission disclosed by the respective asset management company.

Portfolio Management Services

Portfolio Management Services are offered by SEBI-registered portfolio managers and are subject to a SEBI-prescribed minimum investment. PMS strategies are typically concentrated and may be materially more volatile than diversified mutual funds. Investor returns depend on the timing of investment and on individual cash flows, and will differ from headline strategy returns. Capital gains taxation applies at the investor level on portfolio transactions. Please read the disclosure document and client agreement carefully before investing.

Alternative Investment Funds

Alternative Investment Funds are privately pooled investment vehicles registered with SEBI under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, and are subject to a SEBI-prescribed minimum commitment. AIFs are typically close-ended or long-dated, may draw capital over a period of time, and can be substantially illiquid with limited or no exit before maturity. Underlying investments may be unlisted, concentrated and difficult to value, and certain categories may employ leverage. Investors may lose part or all of their capital. Tax treatment varies by AIF category and investor type. Please read the private placement memorandum and all fund documents carefully before investing.

Non-resident investors

Investments by non-resident Indians and other non-resident investors are subject to the Foreign Exchange Management Act and rules made under it, to the eligibility terms of the relevant scheme or fund, and to the laws and tax rules of the investor’s country of residence. Certain products may not be available to investors resident in particular jurisdictions. Independent tax advice is strongly recommended.
